WPC stands with LGBTQIA Community

Join us at Norwalk Pride in the Park!

Inviting all our WPC family to join together for fun and fellowship at Norwalk’s annual Pride in the Park at Veterans Memorial Park.

Rev. Jessica Jones, Rev. Chris Tate and Rev. Mark Montgomery will be proudly representing WPC and extending a warm welcome and blessing to our LGBTQIA friends, especially to those who have been harmed or rejected by the church. We love handing out rainbow and trans scarves, as well as LGBTQIA Christian books for interested teens and adults.

We will tabling for Presbyterian Promise table from 2-4pm, (a  local non-profit organization of which WPC is a member church) affirming God’s love and embrace of LGBTQIA people. We will gathering with our friends from area PSNE churches (First Presbyterian Stamford, First Presbyterian Church New Canaan, First Pres New Haven and First Presbyterian Hartford). Please join us to represent WPC!
