Help us be the Hands of God during this Lenten Season. The confirmands will be leading their annual midnight run trip into New York City on the night of Friday, March 14th!
We have lots of confirmands volunteering their time, but we still need your donations!
Midnight Run is a mission of hospitality that coordinates over 1,000 relief missions every year. Volunteers from churches and other civic groups distribute food, clothing, blankets, and personal care items to the homeless poor on the streets of New York City. The late-night relief efforts create a forum for trust, sharing, and understanding. This human exchange, rather than the exchange of goods, is the essence of the Midnight Run mission, forging a bond between housed and homeless people by establishing a foundation of sharing and caring from which solutions may evolve.
There is always a particular need for new or clean gently used hoodies, sweat pants, and jeans.
